My approach is grounded in a warm, compassionate, and deeply relational presence. I believe that true healing happens when we feel entirely safe and undo the experience of being alone in our pain. At the same time, I am an active collaborator who gently gets right down to the issues. We won’t just talk about your problems; we will roll up our sleeves and really explore them together.
Using a person-centered, experiential, and psychodynamic orientation, I help you slow down, safely track your internal world, and map your parts to understand the different aspects of who you are. Together, we will get to know the root of the struggles, process raw emotions in the present moment, and access your innate capacity for sustainable, meaningful change.

My Online Services
Welcome to a safe, attuned space designed to meet you exactly where you are today. Together, we will actively process emotions in the present moment to build a secure foundation for lasting change. All services are offered online to those located in Canada and select areas of the United States. I provide receipts for all sessions for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

New Client Consultation
In our initial meeting, we will review your intake form and address any questions you may. I will outline my working style and provide an overview of what to expect during our sessions. My aim is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel connected and understood. Following discussion, you will have the opportunity to schedule your session with me. I look forward to meeting you.

Individual Therapy
Together, we will do more than just talk. We will actively process your emotions as they arise right here in our connection. I will be right there with you, tracking what your body is experiencing to help you move through the places you’ve felt stuck.
